We stand behind our product. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
1. Our Commitment
At Zentria Labs, we want you to be completely satisfied with SubChecks. We believe in the value of our product and back it with a straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date
- You purchased a Pro Plan or Lifetime Plan directly through subchecks.com
- Your account has not been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
Refunds are not available for purchases made through third-party platforms or promotional offers that explicitly state a no-refund policy.
3. What Is Covered
- Pro Plan ($20): Fully refundable within 30 days of purchase
- Lifetime Plan ($49): Fully refundable within 30 days of purchase
- Free Plan: No payment made, no refund applicable
4. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@subchecks.com with the subject line: “Refund Request”
- Include the email address associated with your SubChecks account
- Include your purchase date or order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- Optionally, let us know why you're requesting a refund — your feedback helps us improve
We will process your request and issue a full refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
5. After a Refund
Once a refund is processed, your account will revert to the Free Plan. You will retain access to the free tier features but will lose access to Pro or Lifetime features immediately upon refund confirmation.
Any subscription data you have entered will remain in your account on the Free Plan (subject to Free Plan limits). You can re-upgrade at any time.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks can take significantly longer to resolve and may result in account suspension while the dispute is pending.

7. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following circumstances:
- The refund request is made after the 30-day window has passed
- Evidence of fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchase and refund cycles)
- The account has been terminated for violating our Terms of Service
In borderline cases, we will always err on the side of the customer and aim to find a fair resolution.
