By accessing or using SubChecks (“the Service”), operated by Zentria Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

SubChecks is a subscription tracking platform that allows users to manually track their recurring subscriptions, monitor spending, and receive renewal reminders. The Service does not connect to your bank account, payment methods, or any financial institution.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

To use SubChecks, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without permission
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose

SubChecks offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro annual and Lifetime). All paid plans are one-time purchases — there are no recurring charges unless explicitly stated.

• Free Plan: Available to all registered users at no cost, with limited features.
• Pro Plan: A one-time payment granting full access for one year from the date of purchase.
• Lifetime Plan: A one-time payment granting permanent access to all current and future features.

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms of service and payment policies.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zentria Labs. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Zentria Labs.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service (your subscription records, categories, and notes). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Zentria Labs does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

SubChecks is a manual tracking tool. We are not responsible for missed renewals, incorrect spending data, or financial decisions made based on information entered into or displayed by the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zentria Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by notifying you via email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
